Series Abstract: Various bulletins have been released for common customer concerns that may manifest on a Gen1 Chevrolet Volt. In this web-based course we will look at the most common issues that a hybrid/ev focused shop might encounter and the implementation of effective repairs through use of the Preliminary Bulletin, Product Service Campaign Bulletin.
This class results in a certificate of completion that will be provided to the participant after successfully completing all online training sessions in the series. The certificate and its stated hours are eligible for NATEF annual credit and may count toward other professional development requirements.
